CLASSES IN THE CLOUDS
REFORMER DYNAMIC
An intermediate class for those of you who like a faster pace session. Dynamic reformer will combine foundational exercises with advanced options and a modern spin. We’ll be adding props, resistance bands and weights so that no two classes are ever the same. We’ll also come to the jump board in some of these classes… hello pilates cardio!
(It is recommended that you do 3-5 foundation classes before booking into a dynamic class)

This class combines movement to feel stretched, aligned and re-balanced. Focusing on lengthening the body and improving flexibility you’ll leave feeling stretched from head to toe.
A chance to take a slower class, to breathe and to stand a little taller. These sessions are candle lit through Autumn/winter for a magical experience in the clouds.

Inductions
Although no longer essential if you're completely new to reformer pilates we recommend doing and induction with us prior to booking classes.
Sock Policy
For hygiene and to keep our beds as clean as possible please wear socks for for your sessions. It is highly recommended that for safety you wear none-slip socks that have grip on the soles. Don’t worry, we stock these if you need to purchase them.
Cleaning your reformer
At the end of each session please use the cleaning products provided to clean down the equipment. We’ll give you time to do this at the end of your session.
No Phones during class
We know you may wish to bring your phone up to the clouds for a photo or video (don’t forget to tag us on socials we love to see) but once class has started phones need to be stored away and on silent.
Cancelation Policy
A full 24 hour cancellation policy is on all classes and sessions. This means a full 24 hours notice is needed for re-credits.
THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS - Refunds are given in the form of credits.
Credit Policy
All credit and classes have a 2 month expiration date from the original purchase date. Once these classes have expired they can no longer be used.
